F. No. 225732, approved October 27, 1965, published October 30, 1965, set a public hearing to consider removing the dangerous structure, and the City Council by C. F. No. 226070, approved November 30, 1965, pu�li:shed December 4, 1965, ordered the wrecking by and at the sepaxate cost and expense of the owner, occupant, orcther person� im control thereof, and the City Council . by C. This has reference to the property at 593-5 .4urora Avenue, more particularly described as : lpiith easement and except East 32-1/2 feet, Lot 23, all Lot 22, Block l, Beck' s Addi- tion to the City of Saint Paul, owned by Leon J. Michaloski, 263 University Avenue, Saint Paul and contract purchaser: Edward H. Nissen, c/o 593-5 Aurora Avenue, Saint Paul. This resolution confirms the expense incurred by the City in the condemnation and wrecking of the dangerous struc- ture thereon, which amounted to $1,292.35.
