WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has proceeded in con-
demnation to acquire certain parcels of real estate in the
City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Mi.nnesota, to-wit: Lot
14, except the North 5 feet thereof, all of Lots 15 and 16,
and the northwesterly 20 feet of Lot 17, Block 6, Re-arrangement
of Blocks 6 & 7 Central Park, Registered Property Certificate •
No. 159439, and is willing to advance payment thereon, in the
amount of $24,700.00, as is evidenced by State warrant No.
814644, in the aforesaid amount, made payable to Albert A.
Scheiner, Stella Scheiner, Ben Brooks, Doris Brooks, Hyman C.
Cohen, Phyl�is Cohen, Twin City Federal Savings and Loan As-
sociation, City of St. Paul, and County of Ramsey; and
WI�REAS, it affirmatively appears from the written report
of the Valuation Engineer to the Corporation Counsel that the
Ci.ty has an interest in the property to the extent of a lien for
wrecking a building, in the amount of $1,820.61; now, therefore, •

�' RESOLVED, That the proper City officials may be and hereby �
are authorized and directed to endorse State Condemnation Warrant
No. 814644 upon the payment in full to said City of $1,820.61 which
represents the above described lien.
