RESOLVED, That the Minnesota Plastics Company," owner of subject
premises, commonly known as Block 2, Parker & Baileys Outlots, St. Paul,
Ramsey Couaty, Minnesota, hereby is granted a permit, pursuant to their
application therefor, to construct a driveway entrance not to exceed 30
feet in width as showu on the plan approved by the Planning Board, Taaffic
Eagineer and the City Architect, located on the east side of Sylvan St.
approximately 130 ft. north of the center line of vacated Hawthorne Ave.
and to thereafter ma.intain and operate the same as so constructed, sub-
ject to said permittee's compliance with all applicable State St�tl��,�§
City Ordinances and rules and regulations of public suthorities having
cognizance.
