WHEREAS� The City of Saint Paul� by deed dated the 4th
day of April� 1934, quitclaimed to the Port ,�uthority of the
City of Saint Paul certain properties; and
WHER�AS� The Port A�thority of the City of Saint Paul
attempted to convey said property to American Hoist and Derrick
Company by deed dated October 26� 1956� which deed was recorded
in the Office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Deeds, in .book
1535 of deeds� page Fi17� document no. 1�+14218� and ,"�'_�- �� •
WHEREAS� It now would appear that said deed contained, a
misdescription of the property intended to be conveyed by said�.
Authority to American Hoist and Derrick Company� and
WHEREAS� One of the restrictions conta�ed in the afore-
mentioned grant of 1934 from the City to the Port Authority of
the City of Saint Paul was that the Port Authority would not
sell or exchange any such property conveyed without first ob-
taining the consent of the Gity Council of the City of Saint . �-�
Paul to such sale or exchange; and .

approved said conveyance of October 26� 1956� by resolution
p C. F. No. 180000 approved October 11� 1956� but the proposed
� form of deed so approved contained a misdescription of the
" property intended to be conveyed to American Hoist and Derrick

h p WHEREAS� It is now the intention of �the Port Authority of
- rn the City of Saint Paul to correct the description contained
o � in said deed; now� therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint ,Paul hereby
, consents to the sale and transfer of the said parcel of property
from the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul to American Hoist
and Derrick Company� said conveyance l�ng made for the purpose of
correcting the misdescription in the aforementioned deed� dated
. October 26, 1956. . �
