COMMISSIONER DATF -
WHEREAS, The City Council, as provided by law, has authorized
the Department of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to
enter upon the premises known and described as 891 Marion Street
in the City of Saint Paul, and to tear down and remove the two-fam-
ily dwelling thereon as beirig unsafe and dangerous to life, li�b
'� and adjoining property, and -
WHEREAS., Pursuant to such Council action.i bids for the tearing
doWn and' removal of said dwelling were duly adve.rtised for in
accordance with the pro�isions of the City Ghart'er, and the low-'
est bid was in the sum of $495.00 and the expenses of the Depart-
, ment of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings in connection
'with condemnation proceedings and writing specifications amount-
ed to $34,41; making a total of $529.41, and ,,
WHEREAS, There are no funds now appropriated in the Builc�t�g ,
Wrecking Emergency Fund for the wrecking and removal .of said dwell-
ing; be it
RESOLVED, That said sum be paid out of the Wrecking Buildings-
Demolition Account 0976-256 and that in the event •said sum proyes
to be collectible from the owner of the premises, same is to be
credi�ed to 0976-256. ' •
