distance of' �+15.5 feet to a point on the north line of North Faxk Drive said point
being 372 feet west of the west line of McKni�ht Roa,d measured on a line perpendicul.ar
to McKn3ght Road; thence north a distance of �+45 feet measured on a line parallel to
the west ltne of MeKnight Road to a point and there terminating.

The Council of the G`ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner af Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resolves: �
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, a.nd the�said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to construct public Sanitary sewer and public storm sewer in. a 30 foot wide easement
to be obtained� center line of said easement to be d.escribed as �ollows:
Beginning at the existing sanitary sewer manhole at the �.ntersection. of the center
lines of Larry Ho Drive and M3chael Street; theace in a northwesterly direction a
distance of �+15.5 feet to a poin.t on the north ]3ne of North Pa,rk Drive said point
being 372 feet west of the west ]3ne of McKnight Road measured on a ]�.ne perpend3.cul.ar
to McKnight Road; thence north a distance of �+�+5 feet �asured on a line parallel to
the west line of McKnight Road to a poin.t and there terminating.
This se�rer system to be known as ffihe �I�E GREEK APARTN�ftP SEWER SYSTEM.
with no a,lternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 32s511.65
Resolved Further, Z`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9� day of
August, 1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G`hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the peraons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estima,ted.
