The Council of the G`ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered sa.id report, hereby reaolves:
• 1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, aud the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � '

2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is �
to construct a public sewer in AGATE STREET from Iawson Avenue to about 200 feet -
north of Ia�rson Avenue. �
with no alternatives, and'that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3s170.27
. Resolved Further, Z`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th - day of
� ,.Augyst. 1966 , at the hour of 14 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Ha11�Building in the City o� St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the ma,nner provided by th� Charter, stating the time�vand place af
heaxing, the nat�re of the improvement and the to�a1 cost thereof as estimated.
