Co�encing at a point which is 20 feet east of the west 13ne and 25 feet north of
the south I.ine of Lot 7� Block �+, Robert L. Ware's Eastern He3ghta� thence east and
' parallel to the south line of Lots 7� 6 and 5, Block �+ of said addition a distance o�
240 feet more or less to the Ea,st line of sa,id Lot 5� Block �+ of said acitlition and
. there terminating. Atso condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction �
purposes on a strip of land 10 feet in width on the north side and 10 feet in width
on the south side of the above easement.

. The Council of the G°ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of I�nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and a,dopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to condemn a.nd take a permanent easement 15 feet �a widfih for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a publ3c sewer on�. under� across and through a strip o� ].and 15 feet
, - - -� in width being parts of-�Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block �+, Robert L: Ware s-Easte�rn Heights. _

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
August, �966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
