WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has proceeded in con-
demnation to acquire certain parcels of real estate in the
City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, to-wit: West
1/2 of Lot 16, Block 68, Dayton & Irvine's Addition to Saint Paul,
and is willing to advance �a partial payment thereon, pending appeal,
in the amount of $6,000.00, as is evi.denced by State Warrant No.
277425, in the aforesaid amount, made payable to Joseph P. Tracy;
Marcella Tracy; Ramsey County Treasurer; City of Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, it affirma.tively appears from the report of the
Valuation Engineer to the Corporation Counsel that the City has
no interest in the abone-described real property; now, therefore,
be it �
RESOLVED, That the proper City officials may be and hereby
are authorized and 'directed to endorse State Condemnation Warrant
No. 277425, the said City of Saint Paul having no interest therein,
but having been shown as a named payee thereon.
