RESOLVED, That pursuant to the Award of the Industrial Commission,
dated June 8, 1966 , Kalman Govrik be paid the sum of $16 ,000.00 out of
the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund, covering �55 1/2
weeks of compensation •at the rate of $45.00 per week�, for disability
resul�ing from his injury of Oetober 30 , 1965 , while employed by the
Department of Public Safety,
FURTHER RESOLVED, That out of the aforesaid compensation, the
employer, City of Saint Paul, shall deduct and pay direatly to Robert
E. Faricy, Jr. , Attorney at Law, the sum of $4,000.00 , which payment
sha17. constitute full payment and satisfaction for all fees for legal
services performed by said attorney in this matter; and that the swn of
$909 .16 be paid directly to St. Joseph�s Hospital., and to Drs. Richard
Tregilgas and Valentine OtMalley, the reasonable worth and value of
their services rendered, that when said payments are made, i� shall
constitute a full and final settlement of any and all claims for disa-
bility, including temporary total, temporary partial, permanent partial,
permanent total disability and retraining benefits which the petitioner
may have-.•against the City of Saint Paul as a result of his injury of•
October��30 , 1965. �
