This •is an emergency �ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of �the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 206.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as amended, be and the same hereby is further amended in the .fo.11owing particulars. That said Section 206.02 reading as follows: "206.02. It �shall be unlawful for any person not the owner or occupant of the abutting property, or not engaged in _ cari.ng £or the same, to walk upon any' sodded boulevard within -the City of St. Paul, or to cause or permit any vehicle to be run or driven thereon, or to otherwise injure or deface the same;" • hereby is amended to rea.d as follows: "206.02. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation �to cause or permit any vehicle to be run or driven upon any �sodded boulevard within the City of Sai.nt Paul, or to otherwise injure or deface. such boulevard." Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered. necessaxy for the g�eservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3.
