WHEREAS, on Apri127, 2005, the Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #OS-374, said
Resolution being the Ratification of Assessments for Towing of Abandoned Vehicles from Private Property
during March, April, and May 2004 (File No. J0403V, Assessment No. 8017); and
WI3EREAS, the property at 1] 53 Central Avenue West being described as:
Lindemann's Subdivision of Lots 9 and 10 of Hyde Park Addition, east seven feet of Lot 12, all of Lot 13,
and west 14 feet of Lot 14, Biock 3;
with the property identification number 35-29-23-32-0049 was assessed an amount of $505 far the towing of
abandoned vehicle from private property, and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because the owner did not
receive proper notice from the Ciry about the vehicle;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of the assessment for ll 53 Central Avenue West be deleted,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $505 be fimded by the Exempt Assessment Fund.
