RESOLVED, that the two-family dwelling and garage on the
West 1/2 of South 120 feet Lot 17, and Except North 13.5 feet Lot 16,
Block 7, Mackubin and Marshall's �ddition�to Saint Paul, accordi.ng
to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also lrnown as 439 West Central Avenue,
in Saint Paul, are,by reason of�their structural condition, unsafe
and dangerous to life, li.mb and adjoini.ng property; that said structures
axe incapable of reasonable repair, replacement or remodeling so as
� to make the same reasonabl� safe, and should be wrecked and removed
from said land and it is ordered that said structures be forthwith
wrecked and removed from said land by and at the separate cost and
expense of �e owner, occupant, or other person in control thereof.
