To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St . Paul:

The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre—
li mi nary order of t he Counci 1 known a s Counci 1 Fi le No. 228450
approved_ May 6th. 19 66 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on the south side of Almond Ave. from Hamline Ave. to the west approximately 109 ft.
abutting 1257 N. Ham.ine Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and in-
cidental to complete said improvement.

and having investigated the matters and things 'referred to therein, hereby
reports: ' �
1. The estimated cost thereof is $� 3.25 ver lin. ft, for standard side�alk
5 ft. wide and $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
