The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement,'and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. _
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to grade and surface with bituminous mater3al the alley in Block 3, Hager's Sub. o�
Lots 1,2,3,�+,5,6,7,1�+,15,16,17,18 of Walcott's Addition to Cottage Homes from W.
Cottage Avenue to W. Arlington Avenue.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �d day of

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Cha,rter, stating the time and place af
` heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estimated.
