To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St . Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre-
li mi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 F'i le No. 228103
approeed_ April 13th. 19 66 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on_the south side of Marshall Ave. from Finn St. to Cretin Ave and by doing all other
_ work which is necessary and incidental to completee said improvement
and having investigated the matters and things re�ferred to therein� hereby
reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $� 3 25 �er lin ft for standard sideuLik
