Gentlemen:
Under date of June l, 1966 a printed copy of Council File
No. 228675 was mailed to Wayzata Enterprises, Inc. , 308 -
Prince Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, with a copy to John E.
Blomquist, 712 Northwestern Bank Building, Saint Paul, which
resolution directed the re ai:s or wrecking and removal of
t�e garage on the south l� of Lot 4, All Lot 5, Block 3, �
Edwin M� Ware ' s Cumberland Addition Plat � 2, as published
in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the garage has not been
repaired or removed. Please proceed with the condemnation ac-
tion, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recre-
ation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the garage thereon, and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and
adjoining prop�rty.
