That the Zoning Code�� Chapters 60 to 6�� inclusive� of the Saint Paul Legislative Code� pertaining to Use Districts� Height Districts� and Rezoning of certain properties in the City of Saint Paul� as amended� be and the same is hereby further amended so as to rezone the fol'lowing described property from "B'a Residence District to Commercial property� to-wi`t: The North 111 feet of the West 39•54 feet of Lot 6� Block 1� Crowley & Smitht s Subdn, of Lots 17 and , 24� Hoyt� s Out Lots to St. Pa ul� situate on property located on the south side of Lawson Avenue between Arkwright and DeSoto Streets in the City of Saint Paul.
