' WHEREAS it appears that the City of Sain� Paul has no
intention to develop a sewer on assd aeross Lot �6, Homes for the
Homeless, lying West of the West l.ine of Birmingham Street and
Sou�h of the South line of Beech Street, and it appears tha.t it
furthers the marketability of said property to quit-claim any
and a11 in�erest the City of Sair�t Pau1 has 3.n said property;
now therefore be it
RESOLVED `tha� the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and deliver to William H, Gueri� and Joan
H. Guerin a quit-claim deed of any a.n.d all interest the City of
Saint Paul may ha.ve in the following described property:

Homes for the Homeless lyin� West of �he
, West line of Birmingham �treet and Soath
of the Sout� line of Beech Street, egcept
the So�z�h 183 feet of said lot, together
with that portion of Birm;i�agham Street and
