To the Co�issioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Coaanissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the ;Council known as Council File No. 227992 approved April 5th. 19b6

relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk on the south side of Jessamine Ave. from
_ Albemarle St. to west to alle abutting 1099 Albemarle St. and by doing all other work w
_ which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. �

and having inveat�.gated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk 5 ft,
w3de and $3:80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6�ft, wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made a
part thereof. ,
3. Initiated by the Commissioner of Public Works
4. Improvement is asked for upon petition X
