RE OLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint �aul
determines that it is necessary at this time to issue and sell
Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2�300,000) par
value bonds of said City authorized by Chapter 445, Minnesota
Statutes 1961, as amended, and by Ordinance No. 132y�+, adopted
� June 10, 1966� to be denominated, "City of Saint �aul Sewage
Disposal System Bonds � Series 1966D" ; be it
�TRTHER RESOLVED, That such bonds, authorized by said
Ordinance No. 1.3254, hereby provided and directed to be issue d
and sold in the par value amount of Two Million Three Hundred
' Thousand Dollars ($2�300�000) shall be issued and sold in �Ghe
'' manner required by law, that the bonds of said issue shall all
be of the same denomination� namely� �1,000, �5,000 or $10,000�
at the option of the purchaser, dated July l, 1966, and bear
-� interest at a rate not in excess 'of five per centum (5,�) per
annum payable semi-annually on January 1 and July l, according
to the .interest coupons to be attached to said bonds; that said
bonds shall be serial in form, and a portion thereof shall be
payable each year commencing July l� 1969, but none of said

ment of funds in said amount for application in payment
� of the duly apportioned obligation of said City of Saint
Paul for the partial payment of the cost of that portion
of the expansion of the Sewage System and Treatment Plant
of M3�nneapolis-Saint Faul Sanitary District proposed to be
constructed in the years 1966 and 1967, "and to constitute
part of the expansion thereof proposed to be constructed in
its entirety during the years 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966 a�d
196�, such Sewage System and Treatment Plant h�ai��ngY�been
and to continue to be established and maintained for the
collection, treatment and disposal of sewage and waste
materials , used by said City of Saint Paul �ointly with
the City of Mlnneapolis, and comprising and to continue to
comprise a part of the complete plan of sewage and waste
material collection, treatment, and disposal system of
said Minneapolis-Saint Paul Sanitar�y District as authorized
by said Chapter 445, Minnesota Statutes 1961, as amended.
"This bond is issued and sold by said City of Saint
Paul, under and by authority of said Chapter 445, •Minnesota
