� RESOLVED, That the Roberts Development Co., owner of subject premises,
' co�only known as Lots 6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12, Pease Brothers rearrangement of
Block 1, Herseq-Woolsey Addition, except the south 90 feet thereof, taken
for Pierce Butler Road, City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, hereby
ia graated a permit, pursuant to their application therefor, to construct a
driveway entrance not to exceed 30 ft. in width, into a parking lot on the
north side of Pierce Butler Road near Griggs St. and to thereafter maintain
' and operate the same as so constructed, subject to said permittee's compliance
�t with all applicable State Stat�s, City Ordinances and rules and regulations
