The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the ,Council known as Council File No. 227942 approved March 31st. 19 66 •

relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side of Blair Ave, from Vir�inia
St. to Farrin�ton St. and by doing all other work which is necessarv and incidental to
comvlete said imvrovement.
