1 WHEREAS, Park Programs, L.L.C. of Eden Prairie, Minnesota has made 50,000 sample packets of wipe-on
2 Deep Woods OFF brand insect repellent available to employees of the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation and
3 other departments at no charge asz result of a mazketing campaign for the new wipe-on product; and

5 WHEREAS, the Deep Woods OFF insect repellent is a product that employees can use as desired
6 free-of-charge while performing their outdoor duties for the City of Saint Paul; and

8 WHEREAS, the value of the 50,000 packets of Deep Woods OFF wipe-on bug repellent is $1000; now

10 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts theeerttfibtatien o
11 50,000 packets of Deep Woods OFF wipe-on bug repellent; and be it

13 FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accepts and sincerely thanks Park Programs, L.L.C.
