RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the action of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract to McGEE TRUCRS, INC. for furnishing and delivering to
the City �later Department, Hamline and Carroll Avenues, St.Paul, Minnesota two GMC K-1502
four-wheel-drive Stepside PSck-up type Trucks, min. GVW 8000� each at a cost of $5,565.42
in accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid �1667 of sa3d McGee Trucks, Inc.
less allowance of $850.00 for trade-in of one 1959 Dodge 1-ton pick-up truck M6-W-100
and_one 1960 Chevrolet 3/4-ton 4-wheel drive express truck model K-2504, making net amount
of contract $4,715.42, such bid �being the lowest meeting Citq specifications and said
McGee Trucks, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be
and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and tt�e proper
Cityofficials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
St.Paul. "
