Earl Street Bridge where it crosses the Northern Pacific Railway Company
and East Seventh Street, described as follows:

feet south of the centerline of York Street,

material under said bridge for its convenience and has offered to enter into a

WHEREAS, It appears that the proposed use by Foley Bros., Inc.,
is not improper nor a burden on the City's use of said property; it is�

RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are authorized to enter
into a lease for a term of five years with Foley Bros., Inc. upon the terms
__ and conditions as approved-by the Corporation Counsel, provided further
that Foley Bros., Inc. pravide a liability insurance contract in which
the City of St. Paul is also named insured, the limits of which are to be
no less than the g;eneral statutory liability for a municipality as limited
by Minnesota Statutes.
