In the matter of constructing a public storm sewer in Carroll
Avenue from Western Avenue to Arundel Street, and in Arundel Street from
Carroll Avenue to Maxshall Avenue, all of which is to be known as the
CARROLL-ARUNDEL SEWER SYSTEM.
RESOLVED, That the cost of Bid Item Number One described on the
bid sheet plus engineering and inspection of Bid Item Number One be financed
from 7200 - Unallocated Reserve Fu.nd and that the cost of Bid Item PTumber
'I'�ro also described on the bid sheet plus engineering and inspection of Bid
Item Number Two be financed from City Share of Loca1 Im��ovement Fund Code
Number 0920-701 and be it further
RESOLVED, That the pla,ns and specifications for the above named
improvement� as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the
same are hereby approved and be it further�
RESOLVED, Th�t the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
