RESOLITED, that a publia hearing be held by and
before �he Couricil of the City of Saint Paul, in the Councsil
CY�amber of the Cour� House and City Hall, in said City,
as provided in Section 1.07yparagraph 2, St . Paul Legislative
Code, on Ma�r 3, 1.966, upon the advisability and necessity
of �he repair, replacement, remodeling, or �rrecking and
removal of the two story threeplex on Lot 2�, Block 1,
"Selby, McClung and Vanmete�'s" Addition to Sain� Paul,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of
the Regis�er of Deeds of Ramsey Gounty, Minnesota, also known
as �+61 Day�on Avenue, because said structure is reported
to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb a.nd ad�oining property.

Tj�ere is a two story threeplex at 461 Dayton Avenue, describ-
ed also as Lot 24, Block l, Selby, ' McClung 8 Van Meter's
Addition to Saint Paul.
This building is 50 by 26 by 30. It is fraine, vacant, open
and in very poor condition. Floors are buckling, plaster
is cracked and falling. The plumbing system was frozen.
Support posts in the basement hare rotted, joist sags. Bricks
from the chimney have fallen.
The three car garage at the rear of the lot is in poor condi-
tion, out of plumb, siding and cornice bad, doors broken.
These structures should be either repaired or wrecked and re-
moved as they are dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining
property.
The last known record owners are : George L. and Dorothy B.
Berglin, 2953 N. Victoria Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota
55113.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hear-
ing date in accordance with Section 1.07-2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code.
