Gentlemen:
Under date of March 10, 1966 a printed copy of Council File
No. 226182 was mailed to Walter J. Bialas, Cokato, Minnesota
and Rose Letourneau, 584 Dayton Avenu.e, Saint Paul, Minnesota
which resolution directed the v+irecking and removal. of the
single family dwelling on the premises described as :

with Easements; Lot 9, Block 7, Edwin Dean�s Second dddi-

also known as 776 Concordia Avenue (Rondo) , as published in
the official paper. �
A building permit was issued December 9, 1965 to Walter J. Bialas
and Rose Letourneau to make repairs but to date no work has been
done, and the permit has expired by limitation.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will author-
ize the Commissioner of Parks And Reereation And Public Build-
ings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the
structure thereon and to , do �any and al-1 things therein necessa-
ry for the protection of life, lim and adjoining property.
