WHEREAS, an error occurred in the computation of
accumulated vacation time due to Leo R. Wadell , a recently
deceased employee of the Department of Public Works, and
WHEREAS, a new resolution has been prepared correctly
providing for payment for said accumulated time to the
widow o'f said employee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File
No. 227878 passed by the Council on March 29, 1g66, be
and hereby is cancelled.
