. At the February 3,. 1966'Board of Zoning meeting, the staff
reported that the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plan and
recommends approval. The plans meet the design standards sub-
ject to mir�or changes and additional information. Final plans
reflecting the changes and'containing�,requested information were
received in this office February.l7; 1966.
Based upon the above considerations and subject to the approval,
_ _ � � of two Appeals, 1) extension of Light Industry use to the entire
' , site, 2) relax the required 8 foot setback requirement of Section
60.23 of the Zoning Code, the Board of Zoning recommends approval •
of the permit to install and operate, a 40-car off-street parking
facility on the subject property. - �
