RESOLVID� That this Council hereby concurs in and approves that
certain resolution of the Board of T�Tater Commissioners of
the City of Saint Paul, dated March 29, 1966, authorizing
and making provision for necessary professional s ervi.ces
to be perf ormed by the Soil F�xploration Company, a division
of 'Itain City Testing Laboratories, Inc. , involving the
making of certain soil exploration tests in connection with
the proposed construction of a new clear well at the water
treatment plant of said Board, such to be accomplished
under Professional Service Contract by and between said
Board and said Twin City Testing Laboratories, Inc., in
form approved by the Corporation Counsel whereunder the
liability of said Board for said services shall be limi.ted '
so as not to exceed eight. hundred dollars ($800.00) , such
to include a factual report of the results with laboratory
tests and engineering interpretation; such contract shall
be deemed hereby authorized.
