RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby authorizes an extension during the month of March,
1966, of the contract which expired February 28, 1966,
between the City of Saint Pau1 and CharZes H. Stevenson,
pursuant to which agreement Mr. Stevenson was retained as
an insurance consultant for the City of Saint Paul; and be
it
FURTI�R RESOLVED, That such extension, at the request
of Nlr. Stevenson, shall. only be for the period of the month
of March, 1966, on the same terms and conditions previously
existing under the contract which expired February 28, 1966;
provided, however, that the payment to Mr. Stevenson for the
month of Marc�h shall be' payable to him on a semi-monthly basis,
payable in equal installments as of the 15th and the 31st days
of March, 1966.• � .
