Sewer "stub in" connection on Cleveland Avenue and on Trunit Highway North Frontage Road and� WHEREAS� The City of 5aint Paul and the State of Minnesota have entered into a Cooperative Construction Agreement No. 54�95, Sta.te Project No. 6282–�1, which provides� under Section II of said Agreement for the pa.yment of �2,079.51 as the City of Saint Paulis f�a1l estimated share of the cost of the Storm Sewer "stub in" facility� now therefore be it� RESOLVED� That the sum of �2�079.51 be pa.id to the Commissioner of Highways and - this amount be charged to the Permanent Improvement R.evolving F4�nd� Code 6000 and this same fund to be reimbursed from the Cityts Share of Loca1 Improvement Fund� Code � o9zo-7o1.
