Tha� Ord3.�ance No. 11061, approved July 26, 1957, as amer�ded, be and the sa.me �ereby is fur�her amended in the follow3ng particulars, to-wit s �ha.t the first paragrap�i of Section 3 of said ordinance sha11 be and hereby is amended so that the sa.me shall read as follows : . "That said Village of Maplewood shall not permit a.ny connections �o be� made to its said publie sewer system in respect to any property lying beyond the 13.mits of said Village, a�d that no connection other than that hereinal�ove expressly permit�ed and authorized sha11 be made between said Village publie sewer syatem and said City public sewer sys�em without further express authorizatio� therefor by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, except that said V111age of Maplewood may permit the temporag installation, ma.intenance, and operat�on of a sewer service cor�nection between its said pablia sewer system and t�e following described real property lying beyond its corporate limits and situate in the Ciicy of �Saint Pau1, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, to-wit : Lots 9 through 16, Block 1, Clarkes 2nd Addition to the.
