RESOLVED, That Thomas Rea be paid the sum of $990 .00 out of the
Workmen's Compensation Account of the Water Department Fund in full
settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for compensa-
tion resulting from his injury of April 26 , 1960 , while in the employ
of the Board of Water Commissioners whereby he suffered a temporary
total disability until July 18 , 1960 , and 10 per cent permanent par-
tial disability to his knee; that of said swg., the amount of $990.00
is now due and �ayable.
