- The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: .
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
�s hereb� ordered to be proceeded with. ;
• � - 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sideWalk on the south eide of Ea�thorne Av�e. frami Duluth St:
to Wa�r�€►�ks x�lay and by doiag a11 other work which is necessary and �ncidental
to complete sa3d improvement, except where good and s�afficient poured sidewalks
now exist. ' -

Resolved Further, That a.public hearing be had on said improvement on the 19� day of

said meeting to the nersons'and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af -
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l cost thereof as estima.ted. -
