. The Council of the City of St. �Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance �
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: -
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improyement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the�Cauncil recominends is
to reconstrnct the side�alk on the north s3cie of W. �Tyoming St. Prom Otta�ra Av�e+
to the east 1�+2 Pt. abutting 842 Ottawa Ave, and by doing all other �tork �hich .
is necessary and ir�cidental to complete said improvenent: •
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3•25 P�r lin. ft. for 5' valk
$3.80 per lin. f`t. �or 6' �alk .
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the i9� day of
April, 1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F�nance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l cost thereof as estimated.
