To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 2272p7 approved Feb. 9th. 19 66
relative to reconstructint� the sidewalk on the north side of James Ave from Vance St
to the east avvroximatelv 100 ft. and on the east side of Vance St from James Ave
_ north aaproximately 180 ft. abutting Lots 17 and 20, A Vance Brown's Sub Block 2�,
_ and by doiat� all other work which is necessary aad incidental to comQlete said improve-
ment. "

' and having invest�.gated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk 5 ft,
wide and $3:80 pex lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6.ft, wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made a
part thereof.
