Oneida N. of Grace, one pole on Toronto
N. of Grace, one pole on Daly North of
Grace, one pole on Arbor, north of Grace,
one pole East of Victoria, south of C.M.
St. P. & P. RR, with necessary guys, an.chors
and wires. Poles and wixes to be removed
�' when reguested to do so by t,he Common Council
and cost of said removal to be borne by the
Northern States Pojaer Compan.y.
