RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the awa.rd of the Contract Comani.ttee ,-
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all supervision, 1.a,bor, tools,
equipment and all other services and facilitie s necessary to construct approxima,tely
200 lineal feet of MP115 steel sheet pile all ranging from 30 to 35 feet in length
on the easterly edge of the concrete apron of the Peltier T�a,ke Dam, 8enterville,

Minnesota, to CARL BOLANDER & SONS CCJMPANY in accordance with City plan and
specifications therefor hereto atta.ched and the Forma.l Bid #1697 of said Carl
Bolander & Sons Compa�y for the contract price of �9,200.00 (at unit prices bid)
such bid being the lawest and said Carl Bolander & Sons Co�ar�y being a reasonable
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contra.et on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
