Gerber: This is to acknowledge your letter of March 15, 1966, and a copy of a resolution, Council File No. 227b�7 adopted by the St. Paul City Council. on Marah 15, 1966, requesting the Com¢nissioner of Highways to make the necessary surveys to determine the mAximnm safe speeds on Trunk Highway 52 between Kellogg Boulevaxd and �nnapolis Street. The necessaxy studies wi.11 be made at the earliest possible date and, if our studies determine that any changes in the existing limit are deemed necessary, the Depart- ment will post the speed li.mit iri accordarice with our fi.ndings.
