To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Co�nissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 226880 approved Jan. 20th. 19 66
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side of Su�it Ave. from Pierce St.
to the east 72 ft. and on the east side of Pierce St. from Summit Ave. north approximatel�
184 ft. abutting 1665 Summit Avenue and bv doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement.

�� and having invest�gated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin, ft, for standard sidewalk 5 ft.
wide and $3:80 pex lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6�ft, wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made a
part thereof.
