To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 227003 approved Jan. 28th. 19 66
relative to reconstructint� the sidewalk on the north aide of Stanford Ave. from Cecelia
�lace to the east apvroximatelv 126 ft. abuttin� 296 Cecelia Place and by doint� all
_other work which is neceasarv and incidental to comulete said improvement.

� and having invest�igated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3e25 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk 5 ft,
� w3de and $3:80 pex lin. ft, for standard sidewalk 6�fte wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made a
part thereof.
