The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 226967 approved Jan. 26th19 66
relative to reconatructing the sidewalk on the west side of Wheeler St. from Marshall Ave.
north 125 ft. abutting 1759 Marshall Ave. and by doin� all other work which is necessary
and incideatal to:camplete said improvement.
