To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 227123 approved Feb. 3rd. 19 66
relative to areconatructing the sidewalk on the west side of Nortoa St. from Lawson
Ave. to the north approximately 114 ft. abutting 475 W. Lawson Ave. and bq ddng all -
_other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
