• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract to F, MORETTIDTI CONSTRUCTION C�ANY for
construction of a sewer in Fernwood Street from Larpenteur Avenue to about
300 ft. south in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor and hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #1599 of said F. Morettini Construction Company for the
contract price of $5985.00 (plus $76.80 Finance Charges, + $778.05 Engineering,
+$119.70 Inspection and + $585.00 Reoiling Streets - by City Forces) such bid being
the lowest and said F. Morettini Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper
form of contract therefor and the proper' City�fficials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of �he Citq of Saint Paul.
