WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary plans
for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 392 renumbered as
- ; . Trunk Highway Number 94 within the corporate timits of the City of St.
_ Paul from t�fie Pillsbury Street to Aldine Street; and
" 41HEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the
, Department of Highways, Saint Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as Layout No. 12C, S.P. 6282-12 (T.H. 94 = 392) , from Pillsbury
Street to Aldine Street; and , _
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and
identified are also on file in the office of the Departmant of Public Works;
and . -
- 4JHEREAS the term "said prel iminary plans'' as hereinafter used in the
body of this resolutio� shall be deemed and int�nded to mean;: refer to,
and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing�recitals
particularly_ ident,ified and .described;
' NOW, THEN, BE 'IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the impr..o,ve-
ment of Trunk Highway Numb�rr,;392 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 94 within
