BE IT RESOLVED, Pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Section 204B16, the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves the following list of polling precinct location changes for the Primary Election of September 13, 2005 and
the General Blection of November 8, 2005. Should further changes occur in the polling locations between the date of
this resolution and November 8, 2005, the Ramsey County Election Bureau is hereby authorized to fmd appropriate
locations in which to hold the elections. A postal notification will be sent to all registered voters affected by the
changes.

Reason: The current polfing place for W2 P5, but cfoser for voters in
W2 P3, and providing better space and more voter parking.

Reason: Permits change of Monroe School as polling place for W2 P3.
