RESOLVED, that Romolo J. Monda be paid the sum of $2,362.50 �,
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund in . '
full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for�
compensation resulting from his injury of September 4, 1964, while
in the emp].oy of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Pol.ice,
whereby he suffered a 15 per cent permenent partial disability to
his ba�k; that of said sum, the amount of $180 .00 is now due and
payable, and the remainder of said sum shall be payable at the
rate of $45.00 per week, at intervals of two weeks , from and after
February 3 , 1966.
